Godiva Chocolatier, Inc. Boutique Manager Overtime Pay Settlement
If you worked for Godiva Chocolatier, Inc. as a Boutique Manager in the United States between April 30, 2017 and April 30, 2019, you are entitled to a payment from this Settlement.

Boutique Managers are claiming that they worked more than 40 hours in certain workweeks but were not paid overtime wages.  This Settlement resolves these unpaid wage claims for all Boutique Managers who worked between April 30, 2017 and April 30, 2019, for their unpaid wages earned between April 30, 2016 and April 30, 2019.

The Boutique Managers and Godiva reached a settlement of these claims. Godiva has not admitted wrongdoing or liability in reaching this Settlement.  Both sides believe they would have prevailed in the case, but the parties agreed to this Settlement to resolve the disputed legal claims and avoid the risks, expense, and time of litigation.  The Court approved the Settlement.

In order to join in the lawsuit, participate in the Settlement, and receive a payment, you must timely complete, sign, and return the enclosed Claim Form to the Settlement Administrator at the address listed below.  Your Claim Form must be postmarked by or received by delivery, facsimile, or email no later than March 17, 2020 and sent to:

Settlement checks will be mailed to all eligible individuals who timely return completed Claim Forms by March 17, 2020.
